Cancellation Policy

24 hour notification via telephone or email is required to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of treatment. Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or check. We can provide you with a coded invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if your policy covers acupuncture.
